Launch day feels like the finish line. It is closer to the start. The app that works perfectly in October can break in March without anyone touching it.
Why apps break on their own
- Phones update. Apple and Google ship new versions every year, and sometimes they change how apps are allowed to work.
- The tools you connect to change. When a booking or payment service updates, the connection to your app may need updating too.
- Security holes get found. Fixes have to be applied, or customer data is at risk.
- Hosting has to stay paid, watched, and running.
The small changes add up
Then there is the business itself. A new stylist joins. Sunday service moves to 10:30. The summer menu goes up. None of these are big jobs, but each one needs someone who knows the app.
Without a plan, every small change becomes a new quote and a wait. With one, it is a message and a fix.
What a care plan should include
- Hosting, maintenance, security, and bug fixes
- A set number of hours for small updates each month
- Support you can reach, with a clear reply time
- Numbers on how the app is being used
- Messages to customers, if the app can send them
| Care plan | Monthly | Update hours | Push / in-app messages |
|---|---|---|---|
| SAVI Launch | $499 | 1 hour | 8 / 4 |
| SAVI Growth | $995 | 3 hours | 12 / 6 |
| SAVI Partner | From $2,500 | 6 hours | 16+ / 8+ |
What care does not cover
Care is for keeping the app healthy and making small changes. New features and redesigns are priced on their own. On our plans, unused hours do not roll over to the next month, so it is worth sending changes as they come up.
