01Who we are
SAVI Studios builds and looks after apps for small businesses, and runs CRM and ad campaigns for them. This policy covers thesavistudio.com and the information you share with us while we work together. Questions go to hello@thesavistudio.com.
02What we collect
We only collect what you give us, or what we need to do the work.
- Contact and call requests. We send the details you submit to our inbox through our email provider. We do not keep submissions in a website database. Job application links still open your email app.
- Email and calls. Whatever you write to us or tell us on a call.
- Billing. Invoice details. When you pay, the payment provider handles your card or bank details. We do not store full card numbers.
03Cookies and your browser
We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this site. Contact form fields stay in the current page until you leave or reload it.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. Cloudflare processes verification information, including your IP address and browser signals. Fonts are served with the website. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
04How we use it
- To reply to you and write a quote.
- To build, host, maintain, and update your app, and to run the campaigns you agree to.
- To schedule calls and maintenance, send documents to sign, and bill you.
- To keep the site secure.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.
05Your customers' data
When we build or look after your app, the data of your customers belongs to you. We handle it on your behalf, only to run the app and the campaigns you ask for, and as your agreement says. Who owns the account, the source code, the content, the customer data, and the messaging list is named in that agreement.
07How long we keep it
We keep information while we work together and for as long as tax, accounting, or legal rules require after that. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
08Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@thesavistudio.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for asking.
09Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you share, and we limit who can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or full card numbers by email.
10Children
This site and our services are for businesses. They are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters for how we use your information, we will tell our clients directly. The terms explain how we work together.
